Babb and Doris Y. Rogers end on June 30, 2006. <br />Ms. Babb is completing her second 4-year term on the Authority and is not eligible for <br />reappointment. [NCGS 122C-118.1 (d) limits membership to two consecutive terms.] Ms. <br />Rogers is completing her first full term and is eligible for reappointment. <br /> <br />In the past, the Commissioner member of the area board has recommended the <br />appointment of the other area board members from Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />REQU ESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Confirm the reappointment of Doris Y.
