Having collaborated on complex CRM, SCM, and technology <br />programs for Mercedes-Benz, Olympus, EarthLink, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, our <br />Client Practice team adds value to client initiatives by leveraging past successes and <br />proven best practices. <br /> <br /> <br />Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated team of Client Practice professionals who <br />provide strategic vision through a hands-on "in the trenches" work ethic. Working in <br />direct partnership with assigned client-side professionals, this team drives innovation, <br />cuts costs, and maximizes customer value at every turn. <br /> <br />Additional Program Support <br />To provide our clients and their customers with higher quality service, Connextions establishes dedicated teams at all levels of the <br />organization. Executive Team Involvement: A hallmark of Connextions' relationship with its clients is the continuing and total <br />involvement of our Executive Management in the daily activity of our clients' businesses. Connextions is building an <br />organization around a small, select group of clients where our integration of services and consultative business approach <br />drives significant and tangible results. <br /> <br />. Program Management Team. <br /> <br />o Program Manager: The Program Manager is a critical member of the team providing the client with a single point <br />of contact for all day-to-day activity. The Program Manager serves as an expert, proactive business analyst, and <br />collaborates with the Client Practice Partner to develop ideas and solutions to enhance current business processes. <br /> <br />o Additional team members: This group includes, but is not limited to, Program Coordinators, customer service <br />management and staff, warehouse management and staff, quality assurance and training teams, IT Project Managers, <br />etc. <br /> <br />- 6. <br />
