Our facilities are class "A" certified buildings with <br />exterior walls and windows built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, an unlikely possibility for Orlando, which lies 50 miles inland. <br />Each facility is equipped with redundant data circuits delivered by SONET Fiber Rings, redundant power supply equipment, circuits <br />from uninterruptible power supplies (ups), temperature control, raised floors, fire suppression systems, and a power generator to <br />provide up to one-week of uninterrupted uptime without refueling. <br /> <br /> <br />Connextions' telecom infrastructure includes multiple voice and data circuits <br />provided by AT&T, Me!, and BellSouth. Each contact center supports its own <br />internal telephony and network infrastructure, allowing for independent and <br />redundant operational support in the event one facility becomes inoperable. <br /> <br />Dedicated network and development support teams are responsible for <br />supporting our internal systems and solutions and monitoring systems for <br />uptime, availability, system fault tolerance and redundancy. Our development <br />support teams are responsible for all system modifications and new releases. <br />Recognizing the critical importance our systems have on our clients' businesses, <br />monitoring and support is available 24x7x365, and we operate at 99.99% system <br />availability. <br /> <br />Payment Processing & Financial Services <br /> <br />Connextions supports the processing of all major credit cards through our relationship with PaymenTech. We maintain a secure, <br />encrypted, real-time connection to PaymenTech, allowing us to authorize and process credit cards online in real-time, eliminating the <br />shipping of products for declined credit cards. Connextions has the ability to interface with other merchant processors in supporting <br />our clients' business requirements. Additionally, we are able to handle check processing, accounts receivable and financial verification <br />functions. <br /> <br />- 9- <br />
