This subdivision is approved for 201 single family lots on 67.76+/- acres located on Poplar Tent Rd. The specifics of the agreement are as follows: . Developer - Lennar Carolinas, LLC, 14120 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 475, Charlotte, NC 28277 Payment of $4034 per lot will be due at Final Platting Build out schedule would be 50 lots in 2007, 76 lots in 2008, and 75 lots in 2009 . . As a result of the tabling Qf this consent agreement at the July 10,h Board of Commissioners meeting, the developer has reduce4 the number of lots proposed in 2007 from 70 to 50 and redistributed the remaining lots between the years 2008 and 2009. The APFO worksheet filJed out by Mr. Robert Kluttz with Cabarros County Schools indicates that schools affected by the Fullerton Place Subdivision are currently functioning at the following capacities: W.R. Odell Elementary School-128.41% Harris Road Middle School- 88.22% Northwest Cabarros Higli School- 102.91 % Including previously approved subdivisions, these schools will be functioning at the following capacity upon completion of the Fullerton Place Subdivision project: W.R. Odell Elementary S~hool- 102.84% Harris Road Middle Schopl - 140.91% Northwest Cabarros Higlj School- 146.00% There will be 310 additiGinal seats available to relieve the W.R. Odell Elementary School with the completion of the W.R. Qdell Elementary School replacement in 2007. Approximately 800 seats will be available with the opening of the Charles E. Boger Elementary School in 2007. Depending on the boundary for the Charles ,E. Boger Elementary School, the 102.84% capacity upon completion of the Fullerton Place Subdivision could potentially be higher. The Northwest Cabarros High School gained 175 seats in 2006 due to rrnovations and remodeling. The 15 Year Facility Plap identifies the need for a new high school (2010), a new middle school (2011), and a new elementary school (2011) in the northwest area. Funding has not been identified.
