The proj~ct consists on 33 single family lots on 13.70+/- acres located on Roberta <br />Road. The specifics of the agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Developer - Pitts School, LLC, 4608 Carriker Road, Monroe, NC 28110 <br />Payment of $4034 per lot will be due at Final Platting <br />Build out schedule would be 4 lots platted in 2006, 20 lots platted in 2007 and 9 lots platted <br />in 2008. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />As a result of the tabling pf this consent agreement at the July 10th Board of Commissioners meeting, <br />the developer has reducei:\ the number of lots proposed in 2006 from 16 to 4 and redistributed the <br />remaining lots over the y~ars 2007 and 2008, making the fmal build out of this project 3 years instead <br />of the previously proposei:\ 2 years. <br /> <br />The APFO worksheet filled out by Mr. Robert Kluttz with Cabarrus County Schools indicates that <br />schools affected by the Roberta Meadows Subdivision are currently functioning at the following <br />capacities: <br /> <br />Pitts School Road ElemeQ.tary School- 72.92% <br />J-N. Fries Middle School ~ 99.43% <br />Jay M. Robinson High Scpool- 105.55% <br /> <br />Including previously ap~roved subdivisions, these schools will be functioning at the following <br />capacity upon completion of the Roberta Meadows Subdivision. project: <br /> <br />Pitts School Road Elemeillary School- 98.19% <br />J.N. Fries Middle School i- 115.86% <br />Jay M. Robinson High School- 125.D4% <br /> <br />The Hickory Ridge Hig~ School, projected to open in August 2007, will provide relief for Jay M. <br />Robinson High School. funding for this school was approved in the 2004 School Bond. <br /> <br />The 15 Year Facility Pl,(n identifies a middle school renovation at J.N. Fries Middle School that <br />would provide relief. Fu~ding for this renovation has not been identified. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County School~ operating at 110% capacity are considered to be operating at the maximum <br />capacity. <br /> <br />The subdivision inventott has been updated through August 2006. <br /> <br />S-(o <br />
