An approved retaining wall has to be redesigned and extended an additional 98 <br />feet. This wall is necessary to support the construction of the new access/maintenance <br />road. <br /> <br />Total - $64,601.90 <br /> <br />Chanee Order Rellue~t #5 <br />Trigon Engineering, our independent engineer, noted some unsuitable soils in an area that <br />will be supporting a large storm drain pipe. These soils had to be removed and replaced <br />with soils that can sup~ort the weight of the pipe and avoid maintenance problems in the <br />future. <br /> <br />Totai - $1,053.56 <br /> <br />Chanee Order Rellue~t #7 <br />Due to a pre-existing f$lure of the stormwater collection system that extends along our <br />rear property line, ther~ is an area that is not draining properly and as a result is allowing <br />water to pool and ultim~tely deposit sediment on an adjacent property. In order to correct <br />this problem, the state ~rosion control inspector has required the replacement of the <br />manhole at this locatio~ and the repair of the existing pipes leading into the manhole. <br /> <br />Total- $8,382.79 <br /> <br />F,JI <br />
