Site improvements to turn the existing bali fleids Into open space with park features. <br /> <br />However, should any services be required or desired outside of our Scope of Work, then these can be provided <br />on an Houriy Rate Basis or as otherwise negotiated at the time of the request, <br /> <br />STANDARD OF CARE <br /> <br />Our firm wili provide services as is consistent with other Professionals who practice architecture and provide <br />services for similar projects, Wewlli utilize current National, State, and other applicable Codes as may be <br />appropriate. Schematic Design Services will be commensurate with those as defined in AlA Document B 141 - <br />"Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect," 1997 Edition. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Based upon an estimated construction cot in the range of $3,500,000 to $4,000,000, YCH Architects proposes <br />to provide the above Scope of Work for a Lump Sum Fee of Fifty-Five Thousand Doliars ($55,000), plus normal <br />reimbursable printing and reproduction expenses. Should the Owner elect to move forward with the project <br />without significant changes to th$ Schematic Design, then the above fee (less reimbursable expenses) wili be <br />credited toward the final design oontract. <br /> <br />Invoices will be submitted on a monthly basis and will be requested to be paid within ten (10) days of receipt. <br />Amounts unpaid thirty (30) days otter the invoice date shall bear interest at the rate of Prime plus one percent <br />at First Charter Bank, <br /> <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />40~ <br /> <br />Normal Reimbursable Expenses ~uch as reproductions, travel. long-distance telephone and fax transmisSiOnS~f2t:l <br />shall be in addition !.p the Lump Sum Fee and billed to you at cost plus a markup of 20%, not to exceedki9ht I <br />Thousand Dollars (~OOO).
