<br />The approved Cox Mill School/Park budget is $1,590,006.00, which includes
<br />$182,996 from project contingency. With the overall low bidder of Mountain Creek
<br />Contractors, LLC at $2,095,000, the difference of approved funds is a shortage of
<br />project funds in the amount of $504,994.00. By the method of value engineering
<br />process, the project bid ~mount was reduced to within the approved funds of
<br />$1,590,006.00. The follillwing items were recommended:
