The application states that the rezoning request is to rezone +/- 12.256 acres from or <br />(OfficelInstitutional) to CR (Countryside Residential). <br /> <br />. The property is located in the Poplar Center area of the 73 Small Area Plan off Shiloh <br />Church Road near the intersection of Shiloh Church Road and Highway 73. <br /> <br />. The applicant is seeking the rezoning to build two single-family residences on the <br />properties. <br /> <br />. This case is a conventional rezoning request and requires one legislative vote. <br /> <br />. On September 21, 2006, the Plarming & Zoning Commission voted 6-3 in favor of <br />approving this rezoning request. <br /> <br />. Since the vote was not a supermajority (expedited) vote, the petition is forwarded <br />automatically to the Board of Commissioners for consideration. <br /> <br />. Attached is the information presented to the Plarming and Zoning Board for Case <br />C2006-07 (R). <br /> <br />.
