The Wayne Motley family is in the process of finalizing the purchase of this parcel
currently owned by Ms. Teresa Eudy. Subsequent to the purchase, the Motley's plan to build
three or four homes on the property, and requests the approval of Cabarrus County and WASACC
to move the Right-of-Way and also use it for road access to their properties.

Attached herewith are two survey's; one showing the existing Right-of-Way and the second
showing the proposed new Right-of-Way. The Motley's will pave the road and terminate same at
the County's property line at the back of the Eudy property. This proposal provides for better
use of the land and gives the County and WASACC paved access to their property. The Right-of-
way would remain at 45'.

Of course, the new roadway will have to be surveyed in conjunction with the installation of the
road. The Motley's will provide a new survey of the property to the appropriate County Officials.
We appreciate your willingness to work with us in the past and ask that this request be
approved.

\=- \ ~
