Kinane for his service as District Conservationist. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: . <br /> <br />Matt Kinane has served as the District Conservationist for Cabarrus County for 12 years. <br />He has accepted the same position in Wake County and will be leaving Cabarrus County <br />in November.
