Project, which revised plan of financing and Project were described in the notice of public hearing published in The Independent Tribune on November 10,2006 (the "Notice"). The Board of Commissioners first ratified and approved the designation of the meeting as a public hearing on the proposed revised plan of financing, the call of the public hearing and publication of the Notice. It was then announced that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear anyone who might wish to be heard on such matter. No one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be heard on such matter or the advisability of the revised plan of financing and the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners announced that no written statement relating to said matters had been received by the Clerk or the Finance Director. NOTE: The preceding paragraph is written on the theory that no person wishes to be heard, either orally or in writing. If the contrary is true, one or more of the following clauses may be added after the last sentence of the preceding paragraph: except in person and stated , residing at , who appeared except , Esq., who stated that he represented residing at, who wishes to state except a statement signed by persons, which statement was read and ordered spread upon the minutes, and is as follows: [If any written statement is filed it should be inserted in full in the minutes at this point, including names of signers, if such insertion is practicable]. All of the foregoing statements were duly considered by the Board of Commissioners.
