<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # <br /> <br />F-S <br /> <br />Meeting Date 11/20/06 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Public School Building Capital Fund - Shady Brook Elementary School <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />A transfer request is being made to the Public School Building Capital Fund of North <br />Carolina for expenditures related to the replacement of Shady Brook Elementary School. <br />The transfer request is to move $200,000 from the Kannapolis City School ADM Public <br />School Building Fund (current balance $529,917) to the Disbursing Fund. This request <br />was considered and approved by the Kannapolis City School Board on 11-06-06.
