<br />SECTION 2. Implementation. The City and the County direct their administrative staff and advisors to <br />endeavor to bring to each of the Council and the Board such agreements and recommendations as are needful <br />or desirable to further the goals of the City and the County and the cooperation between them. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
