<br />The Independent Tribune <br /> <br />December 6,2006 <br /> <br />GO <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />December 18, 2006 - 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Industrial Development Incentive Grant <br />Notice is hereby given that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will <br />hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be <br />heard) on Monday, December 18, 2006, in the Commissioners' Meeting Room <br />located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 <br />Church Street SE, Concord, to consider a request to extend the period of the <br />industrial grant for OUes America Corporation, pursuant to N.C. General Stat- <br />ute 158-7.1.
