<br />plumbing scope and price is based on the documents noted.

<br />The drawings referenced were produced by United Engineering Group, Inc. The bulletin drawings are
<br />ASI-13-P.Ol & ASI-13-P.02 dated October 13,2006.
<br />
<br />Plumbin!! Scope of Work
<br />· Provide and install (1) JWC Muffin Monster Grinder Mode130004T-1206 inline Grinder, top
<br />tightening with 12" cutter stack and 6" diameter pipe flange for in-line unit. The unit will be
<br />painted with 2 coats QfTnemec 69 green paint. The unit will have II tooth cam cutters
<br />manufactured of 4130 steel, seallbearing cartridge, lugged carbide races and BUna-N elastomers.
<br />5HP, 408v, 3 phase 60 HZ TEXP, with a 29: I reducer. The controller will be a basic PC2200
<br />electric motor controller. Lead times: 4-6 weeks for submittal and 8 weeks for delivery after
<br />approval.
<br />· Mount disconnect and control panel on wall (wiring by others)
<br />· Provide and install flex connections
<br />· Provide and install link seals in concrete pit
<br />· Core holes in concrete pit for penetrating sewer pipe
<br />· Provide and install housekeeping pad for pump
<br />$ (1) 4'-0"wide x 5'-0"long x 6'-2"deep, precast concrete box with grating top
<br />
<br />Clarifications
<br />· Labor was figured on regular working hours. The weekly schedule was based on (4) ten hour
<br />days.
