<br />EXHIBIT 0 <br /> <br />DETERMINATION OF EQUIVALENT FULL-TIME JOBS <br /> <br />Oiles' obligation is to provide the equivalent of twenty (20) new <br />full-time equivalent jobs at the Site, resulting in an aggregate <br />employment at the Site of one hundred (100) full time jobs. <br />Oiles shall receive credit for the equivalent of one full-time job <br />for every 2,080 annual paid payroll hours with respect to the Site <br />reported by Oiles to the North Carolina Employment Security <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Oiles' compliance with this employment requirement is to be <br />measured annually. <br /> <br />&'- \ <br />
