<br />B. Reimbursement requests from EDC may be submitted monthly. <br />C. The CabaITUs County Manager shall participate as a member of the EDC Board of <br />Directors during the term of this contract consistent with EDC Bylaws. <br />D. County shall provide public information necessary for the EDC to provide the <br />services described in I and II above. The County shall not provide any confidential or <br />proprietary information to the EDC without first obtaining such agreements and waivers <br />form the EDC as the County, in its sole judgment and discretion, deems necessary and <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />III. OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS of this AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A. Term of Aareement <br />The term of this Agreement shall be for the remainder of the fiscal year January 1, 2005 <br />through June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />B. Termination of Aareement <br />Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving the other party a ninety-ctay (90 <br />day) written notice of its desire to terminate this Agreement. In the event of such <br />terminations, the EDC shall provide the County with all pertinent information regarding <br />the current status of all, efforts in any stage of progress at that time. <br /> <br />C. Notices. Insurance and Liabilitv. The EDC will maintain worker's compensation and <br />employer's liability insurance for employees as required by law.
