<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution on <br />December 6, 2004, establishing its regular meeting schedule for Calendar Year 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board wishes to amend its meeting schedule to establish a regular <br />agenda work session each month to discuss future agenda items; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40(a), does hereby amend its <br />regular meeting schedule as follows: <br /> <br />(I) Establish a schedule for regular agenda work sessions to be held on the first <br />Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at the Cabarrus <br />County Governmental Center, with the exception ofthe March 7, July 4, and <br />September 5, 2005, meetings which will be held at 3:30 p.m. on March _, July <br />_ and September _, respectively; and <br /> <br />(2) Set the following dates for regular agenda work sessions: <br /> <br />February 7, 2005 <br />March _, 2005 <br />April 4, 2005 <br />May 2, 2005 <br />June 6, 2005 <br />July _,2005 <br />August 1,2005 <br />September _, 2005 <br />October 3, 2005 <br />November 7,2005 <br />December 5, 2005 <br /> <br />Except as amended herein, the regular meeting schedule adopted by the Board of <br />Commissioners on December 6, 2004, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Adopted this the 24th day of January 2005. <br /> <br />Carolyn B.
