We have maintained <br />virtually seamless purchasing; and, increased our "using departments" to <br />a total of ten (10). Using departments have been extremely cooperative <br />in retaining proper receipts and coding for correct payment. We are <br />continuing to have successful accomplishment of payment through <br />Electronic Funds Transfer. <br /> <br />This program has added a very positive outlook to our purchasing and <br />procurement procedures. I believe we can continue to expand this <br />Procurement Card program as need arises in all County departments.
