<br />AMENOMENTA <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made this _day of ,2005, by and betweenCabarrus County, a <br />body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to <br />as the "COUNTY", and EarthOata International, whose principal office is at 7320 Executive Way, <br />Frederick, MO 21704, hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR", <br /> <br />WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY has engaged the CONTRACTOR to render certain professionaL services and <br />deliver certain materials hereinafter described. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties do hereby agree to the following amendments to the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />A. Replace I. Work Statement, F. PhaseVI - LIOAR OEM: . . . <br />Data compiled from LIOAR data of the State Floodplain mapping project shall incorporate <br />regular grid points and stereo compiled. breaklines sufficient for. digital orthophoto <br />rectification. Data delivery shall include the breaklines of roads compiled for the COUNTY <br />as well as breaklines of water compiled for the NC Floodplain project. A digital file of the <br />"Filtered LIOAR OEM" will be delivered to the . COUNTY at no additional cost as part of <br />this contract <br /> <br />with the following: <br />The OEM used for the orthophoto rectification will consist of regular grid points and closed <br />water body breaklines generated fromthe existing NC Floodplain Mapping Program, Phase II <br />LIOAR data, as well as supplemental stereo compiled mass points and breaklinesin areas of <br />significant change that have occurred between the date ofthe 2003 LIOARacquisition and <br />the 2005 aerial photo acquisition. A digital file of the "Filtered LIDAR DEM," including <br />breaklines, will be delivered to the COUNTY at no additional cost as part of this contract. <br /> <br />B. Replace II. Project Oeliverables, F. LIOAR OEM: <br />Data compiled from LIOAR data of the State Floodplain mapping project shall incorporate <br />regular grid points and stereo compiled breaklines sufficient for digital orthophoto <br />rectification. Data delivery shall include the breaklines of roads compiled for the county as <br />well as breaklines of water compiled for the NC Floodplain project.
