The plan was developed <br />by the Emergency Management Staff with input from all County Department Heads and <br />the. County Management Staff. We reviewed plans iri other local governments <br />throughout the state and coupled this with the direction and input from the Department <br />Heads and County Management Staff. <br /> <br />The plan addresses county operations during inclement weather. The plan designates <br />essential county agencies that will always remain open during inclement weather. The <br />plan also covers the designation by department heads of key personnel, dissemination of <br />all information during inclement weather including delays in opening or closure of <br />government offices. <br /> <br />The inclement weather plan includes policy for leave use for personnel during inclement <br />weather, and tasks for essential departments during times of inclement weather. <br /> <br />If adopted, this plan will serve as the governing document for staffing and operations of <br />county government during periods of severe inclement weather. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County. 65 Church Street, SE..
