Qualifications <br /> <br />Qualifications will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee of the City which will make a <br />recommendation to the full Facility Commission. The Commission will make the award of <br />the management and concession contract and finalize the terms. The contract must also be <br />submitted to the City Commission for its ratification. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all firms, to waive any informality or defect in any <br />submittal or to amend or supplement, in whole or in part, this RFQ. The city further reserves <br />the right to extend any and all schedules and to negotiate any terms and conditions in the <br />Management / Concession Agreement. <br /> <br />The City will award the contract to the Firm they deem most appropriate, based solely on their <br />judgement, without further discussion. <br /> <br />The submitting firms will not be compensated for any expenses incurred in the process of <br />responding to this RFQ. <br /> <br />J2 ,.4- <br />
