<br /> <br />preparation process, explore what revenues it might be possible to generate to offset at <br />least a portion of this added cost. <br /> <br />With respect to the program manager position, the addition of three social worker <br />positions would bring us close to needing to add a line supervisor position in any event. <br />As we have organized the requested staff, the three social workers will function as <br />"floaters", being assigned wherever a vacancy occurs. The proposed program manager <br />will, in addition to supervising the four supervisors in the CPS Section ofthe Children's <br />Services Division, serve as supervisor for these positions, eliminating the need for <br />additional line supervisor staff. <br /> <br />Each time a child is harmed we must proceed with the conviction that it is <br />possible to learn and to make system improvements which will make harm to other <br />children I ess likely.
