(105-381). <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Approve the February 2005 Release-Refund report as submitted and grant authority to the <br />Tax Collector to process the refunds and releases. Please find enclosed the list of refunds <br />and releases for the month of February 2005. I have reviewed these lists.
