The property is zoned LDR and the applicants have chosen to apply the <br />customized develoment option. The proposed density is 1.69 units per acre. The <br />Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Board denied approval of the development on <br />February 17th, 2005. Their denial was based on traffic concerns and lack of school <br />capacity in the area.
