The attached includes a detailed analysis of the NC Hwy 73/0dell School Rd intersection. This intersection was omitted from the initial TIA because the intersection had been the focus of previous studies and appropriate improvements have already been scheduled. In addition to the detailed analysis, please find correspondence from Leah Wagner (NCDOT) indicating the types of improvements scheduled, design details, and an approximate schedule.
