CLGPO, CPPB <br />Purchasing Agent/Contract Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 5, 2005 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Quarterly Report - Bank of America Procurement Cards <br /> <br />It is my pleasure to report for the quarter ending March 31,2005 that the <br />Bank of America Procurement Card program has been successful for the <br />third quarter fOllowing implementation. We have maintained virtually <br />seamless purchasing; and, increased our "using departments" to a total of <br />fourteen (14). Using departments have been extremely cooperative in <br />retaining proper receipts and coding for correct payment. We are <br />continuing to have successful accomplishment of payment through <br />Electronic Funds Transfer. <br /> <br />This program has added a very positive outlook to our purchasing and <br />procurement procedures. I believe we can continue to expand this <br />Procurement Card program as need arises in all County departments.
