(this item was tabled on March 21 until <br />this meeting) <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Pulte Home Corporation received preliminary plat approval for its 431 lot subdivision from <br />the Concord Planning and Zoning Commission on January 18th, 2005.
