(C2005-05) <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Petitioner has requested that the easement be named Irish Potato Road Extension. The <br />petitioner collected 34% of the required signatures, however, if the Cabarrus County <br />Commissioners would agree to sign for the easement frontage that is County owned, the <br />petition would have the required 51 % of signatures to pass. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br /> <br />Staff does not recommend that the easement be named Irish Potato Road Extension.
