The <br />case was tabled by the Board. At the March 15, 2005 regular Planning and Zoning <br />meeting, the petitioner requested that the petition be tabled. It was heard on April 21, <br />2005 by the Planning and Zoning Board. The rezoning was approved with a 5-4 vote by <br />the Planning and Zoning Board.
