The petitioner would be placing condit <br />lions upon himself to ,limit the uses permiUed on the site. This petition <br />was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on April 2]st, 2005. <br />The vote, however, was not approved by a super majority vote, so it <br />will be forwarded on to the Board of Commissioners for a final deci- <br />sion.
