This
parcel is outside of our city limits but part of our land use area. Mr. Misenheimer said that his
rezoning hearing with you has been tabled or recessed until March 171h I am not sure if this
information is entirely accurate, but he led the Commission to believe he wanted their approval
on the rezoning.

Commissioners heard his presentation as well as area residents who oppose his plans to
rezone the property to General Industrial and build a concrete panel processing plant.

By action of the Board, the Midland Planning and Zoning Commission wishes to send their
concerns pertaining to Mr. Misenheimer's rezoning by stating they believe that the area and
parcel should stay in keeping with the Midland Land Use Plan arid keep the current zoning as is.
This motion was carried by a unanimous vote of 4-0.

If there is any other information you need from the Town of Midland and/or its Planning Board,
please correspond to the Town Office.

Nancy Eo- den, CMC
Midland Town Clerk and
Clerk to the P&Z Board

G-5
