<br />Water and Sewer District - April ~8, 2005 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, as the governing board <br />of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, met in regular session at <br />the Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, April 18, 2005, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: <br />Vice Chairman: <br />commissioners: <br /> <br />Carolyn B. Carpenter <br />Robert W. Carruth <br />Robert M. Freeman <br />Joni D. Juba <br />Coy C. Privette <br /> <br />Also present were John D. Day, County Manager; Fletcher L. Hartsell, <br />Jr., Attorney; and Frankie F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board. <br /> <br />Chairman Carpenter called the meeting to order at 10:54 p.m. <br /> <br />Approval or Correction of Minutes <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the minutes of March 21, 2005, as <br />written. <br /> <br />Change in Regular Meeting Date for May 2005 <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to change the regular meeting date <br />from May 16 to May 23, 2005. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:56 p.m. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />I< ~ I <br />
