The zoning text changes have been assigned <br />case number C05-05 (ZT) and the subdivision changes C05-01 (ST). In addition, you <br />have open case number C05-04 (R) which is the consideration of the amended zoning <br />map. This meeting date is also the date that the subdivision moratorium is set to expire. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Review the proposed changes, hold required public hearing and take appropriate action <br />on the proposed changes. Three votes are required to enact these changes.
