Construct picnic shelters/concession area for soccer complex <br /> <br />The following are three potential options for Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />may consider for facility improvements to the Frank Liske Park Soccer Complex: <br /> <br />Option 1. <br /> <br />Utilize Priority Use Pledge payments ($200,000) for facility improvements to the <br />Frank Liske Soccer Complex (complete renovations after the December 2006 pledges <br />are paid to the Cabarrus County) . <br /> <br />Option 2. <br /> <br />Phase renovations and facility improvements with priority use pledge payments <br />over a two year period (up to $100,000 per year for next two years) <br /> <br />2006 (Pledge payments due - December 31,2005 - $100,000) <br /> <br />1. Turf improvements to five soccer fields <br />(fields # 4, 6, 7, 3, '2, 5, 1 ) <br />2.
