Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Commissioners: <br /> <br />At their June 1, 2005 meeting, the Cabarrus County Tourism Authority Board of Directors <br />voted to recommend that you appoint Frank Lapsley, Cabarrus County Arena and Events <br />Center Manager, to complete the unexpired term of Alan Stafford. Mr. Stafford has resigned <br />from the Tourism Authority.
