<br />E. Expiration ofTtA. <br /> <br />1. Residential Projects <br /> <br />A TIA shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of the preliminary plat <br />approval by Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />2. Commercial Projects <br /> <br />Where a preliminary plat is required for a commercial project, the rIA shall be <br />valid for a period of two. years from the date of the preliminary plat approval by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. In the event a preliminary plat is not <br />required for the project and the project is subject to site plan review only, then the <br />TIA shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of site plan approval by <br />Cabarrus County Zoning Services. <br /> <br />3. Mixed Use Projects <br /> <br />The TIA for a mixed use project shall be valid for a period of tWo years from the <br />date of preliminary plat approval by Cabarrus County or site plan approval by <br />Cabarrus County Zoning Services, whichever occurs first. <br /> <br />2.
