It was a very productive meeting, and the primary concern of the <br />residents appeared to be that the Banlolero and Legend cars raced without mufflers. As a <br />result, CMP will now require those cars to use mufflers beginning in August (Mufflers are <br />already required on stock cars). No <br />County Manager's Recommendations/Comments: <br /> <br />CMP made a good faith effort on a voluntary basis to meet with its neighbors and address <br />their concerns. I don't recommend additional regulations governing these issues at this <br />point.
