Comm.), John Day (Co. Mgr.), Erwin <br />Spainhour (Sup. Court Judge), Barrett Poppler (Dist. Attorney Designee) and Benjamin <br />Small (Criminal Defense Attorney) ended 4/30/05. Wes Seamon (Juv. Court Counselor) <br />has resigned. Tthe District Court Judge position and an at-large position are vacant. The <br />CJPP Board has recommended the reappointment of current members and appointment of <br />Judge Michael Knox, Scott Stoker and Marie Stegall to fill the vacancies. (Note: Judge <br />Spainhour has served 7 years but this position is mandated by the General Statutes.) <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion If the Board approves the agenda Item as presented) <br />Reappoint Commissioner Privette, John Day, Judge Erwin Spainhour (Exception of <br />Appointment Policy), Barrett Poppler and Benjamin Small for terms of three years ending <br />April 30, 2008.
