The Cabarrus County Board of Education requests the transfer of title from the <br />County to the Cabarrus County Board of Education for the six acres on Boy Scout <br />Camp Road previously given to the Board for athletic use by Northwest Cabarrus <br />Middle and High Schools, The formal, transfer of title has not been requested <br />prior to this date, A copy of the deed is attached. <br />. The Board of Education approved the purchase of twenty acres of land pending <br />soil borings and environmental studies on Boy Scout Camp Road from the Boy <br />Scouts at a price of $1,000,000 for the site for the new Charles E, Boger <br />Elementary School. The studies have been received and the report indicates that <br />the site is well suited for construction of the Charles E. Boger Elementary School. <br />The six acres discussed above borders the twenty acres.
