In the interest of fairness, only one commercial' interest <br />or real estate company's sign may be located at anyone intersection. For example, <br />if Smith Brothers Realty installs a sign at one comer of an intersection, then Smith <br />Brothers Realty may not install signage at the other comers of the intersection. <br />Instead, these comers will be left for other real estate interests. In the event of <br />intersections with more than four comers, the same principles of this paragraph will <br />be applied. <br /> <br />4. Total square area for any sign shall not exceed one and one-half square feet. <br /> <br />-add the following: <br /> <br />Denied: <br />Tabled: <br /> <br />Temporary, off premise signs .advertising real estate, auctions, political candidates or referenda, and <br />garage/yard sales will be allowed only when the following conditions are met. Off-premise signs not <br />specifically discussed below are prohibited. <br /> <br />. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN <br />1. Up to two (2) signs advertising any planned development located within all or <br />part of the County's unincOlporated area. <br />2. Signs shall be placed only at street intersections. <br />3. Signs shall be placed at no more than two (2) street intersections within one (I) <br />mile of an entrance to subject subdivision, or at the nearest intersection of a <br />major thoroughfare. <br />4. Signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet in size. <br />5. Signs shall not exceed four (4) feet in height measured from the top of natural <br />grade to the uppermost part of the sign. <br />6. Signs may be posted between the hours of 12:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM <br />the following Monday. <br />7. All components of the sign, including the sign face, stakes, posts, frames or <br />any other supporting element must be removed from the property when signs <br />are collected by 7:00 AM Monday. <br /> <br />. INDIVIDUAL PARCELS FOR SALE BY OWNER OR REAL ESTATE <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />1. Up to three (3) signs advertising any parcel for sale, rent or lease located <br />within all or part of the County's unincorporated area. <br />2. Signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet in size. <br />3. Signs shall not exceed four (4) feet in height measured from the top of natural <br />grade to the uppermost part of the sign. <br />4. When property is no longer for sale, all components of the sign, including the <br />sign face, stakes, posts, frames or any other supporting element must be <br />removed from the property within forty eight (48) hours. <br /> <br />. AUCTIONS <br />I. Up to two (2) signs advertising a one-time auction of real estate or personal or <br />business items may be erected up to fifteen (15) days prior to the advertised <br />date of the auction located within all or part of the County's unincorporated <br />area. <br />2. Signs shall be posted not more than one (1) mile from auction site or at the <br />nearest intersection of a major thoroughfare. <br />3.
