The configuration of the Project Is <br />vested, as shown g~nerally on a project plan, copies of which are <br />attached hereto a$ Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this <br />reference (the "Proj~ct Plan"); the. Project Plan Is subject to revision <br />In accordance with! the provisions of the Subdivision Reoulations <br />and Cabarrus Cou~tv Zonino Ordinance. The Project Plan .shall <br />. reflect the general ilocation of roads and configuration of lots for <br />the Project as showp on Exhibit 8; subject to revision In accordance <br />with the provlsion$of the Subdivision Reoulations and ZQr]Jng <br />Drdinance. <br /> <br />1.5 Soeclfic Conditions.' The approval and development of this Project <br />is subject to the ifollowlng conditions ,as agreed upon by the <br />Developer and Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners: <br /> <br />A) Payment of $1008 per single family lot, to advance school <br />adequacy.
