Cannon Blvd. <br />Kannapolis, Cabarrus County, NC <br /> <br />Renewal #1 <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed and agreed to the First <br />Renewal Term of this Lease, July I, 2005 through June 30, 2006 in their respective <br />names by their respective authorized representatives. <br /> <br />Basic Rent.
