<br />VIII. PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The Emergency Management Coordinator will coordinate with the LEPC, the <br />designated Facility Emergency Coordinators, and other applicable agencies in the development <br />and maintenance of this plan, <br /> <br />B. The Local Emergency Planning Committee will approve and review this plan <br />annually. Changes will be submitted to the committee when necessary. Copies of this plan will <br />be made available to the public, each response agency, and the North Carolina Division of <br />Emergency Management through the Area Coordinator <br /> <br />C. This Hazardous Materials Incident Response Plan is designed to supplement the <br />Cabarrus County Emergency Operations Plan.
