The subdivision is located off St~rewalt Road and will include <br /> 27 lots on 64.83 acres. The subdivision meets all other regulations and was <br /> approved by the Planning and Zonlng Co~ssion sub3ect to the developer entering <br /> into a consent agreement to meet the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> requirements for school facilities. <br /> <br /> uP(~ ~OTIO~ of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Carruth and <br /> unanimously carrled, the Board approved the Consent Agreement with Yates <br /> Properties, LLC for the Jacob's Ridge Subdivision and authorized the County <br /> Manager to exe.cute the Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County. The Grant is for the <br />administrative and capital expense of the Cabarrus Community Transportation <br />System (CCTS). The achnlnlstratlve grant amount applied for is $145,000.00 and <br />the capital grant amount applied for is $245,000.00, including advanced <br />technology and personnel development funding.
