CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 1/26/04 Agenda Item # ~'-- ~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />The Parks and Recreation General Fund and Capital Projects Fund FY 2003 City of <br />Concord and Cabarrus Soccer Association contributions. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />A budget amendment is attached to appropriate contributions of $50,000 each from the <br />City of Concord and the Cabarrus Soccer Association, received 12.16.2003 and <br />12.23.2003, respectively. Effective 07.12.2002, Cabarrus County amended the agreement <br />with the City of Concord and Cabarrus Soccer Association to allow each entity to pay <br />$50,000 annually over a 6 year period rather than payments of $100,000 annually for 3 <br />years.
