No more than 10 percent of those offenders who successfully complete <br />CJPP will be convicted of a new criminal offense, Misdemeanor or Felony, <br />for one (1) year from the day of program completion. (Changes "violate <br />>robation" to "convicted of new charge" and includes all new offenses. <br /> <br />:. Goal Modification - To reduce the number of probation violations at <br />each fiscal year, thus reducing the cost to the state and county for <br />incarceration.
