CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 3/15/2004 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Recognition of the Cabarrus County Soil & Water Conservation District and Dennis <br />Testerman on a Successful NC Big Sweep 2003 - Ned Hudson, SWCD Chairman <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />At the SWCD Board meeting on December 2, the Board asked that Mr. Hudson make a <br />presentation of a plaque received from NC Big Sweep at the January 2004 County <br />Commissioners' meeting. The plaque is in recognition of a record number of volunteers for <br />the year 2003.
