Sial'fi se Only <br /> ApN o~ ed <br /> Dollied' <br /> Iablcd <br />be submitted to this office for review and approval prior to <br />the commencement of any land disturbing activities. <br /> <br />Cabanas County Schools- Leonard Campbell: No <br />Comments. <br /> <br />WSACC- Van Rowell: Retail sewer service for this <br />proposed subdivision will be provided by the Town of <br />Mount Pleasant. The wastewater generated from this <br />proposed project will discharge to the WSACC <br />transmission system serving Mount Pleasant. The Water <br />and Sewer Authority of Cabarms County (WSACC) has <br />reviewed the subject project for Adequate Public Facilities. <br />At this time both treatment and transportation capacities are <br />available for the proposed subdivision. <br />At this time flow acceptance is granted in the order <br />received assuming sufficient wastewater treatment and <br />transportation capacity is available or is reasonably <br />expected to be made available. Currently, WSACC is <br />granting flow acceptance to projects that discharge <br />wastewater to the transmission system serving Mount <br />Pleasant...However, WSACC cannot at this time guarantee <br />wastewater flow acceptance for the proposed project. <br />Following approval of final site/civil construction plans, <br />flow acceptance must be requested by the Jurisdiction <br />providing the retail sewer service. Flow acceptance is <br />granted in the order that they are received if sufficient <br />wastewater treatment and transportation capacity is <br />available or is reasonably expected to be available.- See <br />attached memo. <br /> <br />NCDOT-Matthew Weiss: See attached memo. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Health Department- Ken Hinson: No <br />Comments. <br /> <br />Mt. Pleasant Public Works- Joe Ellington: No Comments <br /> <br />Staff Analysis: <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff finds that the proposed subdivision meets all the <br />development standards of the Mt. Pleasant Unified <br />Development Ordinance. However the subdivision does not <br />meet the APFO requirements for school facilities. <br /> <br />Staff recommends at~proval of the Danielle Downs <br />Subdivision. It is recommended that the Planning <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
